Do you service residential properties?

No, we do not do residential snow removal.

What different contract formats do you offer?

We offer a few different contract options to best fit the needs of your business and property! Our two main contract formats are a Per Push contract, and Seasonal Contract. Contracts can be fully customizable to best fit your properties needs and budget.

How do you ensure minimal damage to my property, primarily landscaping? And what happens if there is damage throughout the season?

All properties are reviewed by the crews, and staked prior to the first snowfall. We also do not drive equipment over the curbs or onto the grass to minimize curb and landscape damage. Farrell’s Plowing will do a comprehensive inspection of your property in the spring. If there is any damage that occurred as a direct result of snow removal services, we will repair at no cost. Please note, Farrell’s Plowing will not be responsible for any damage to concrete or landscaping due to salt.

How do you determine when to begin services during a winter event?

We monitor the weather forecasts days before the event, and watch weather conditions closely. Service typically begins when snowfall reaches a certain accumulation, but often depends on the time of day, hours of operation of your property, future forecast, safety risks of the event, and specifics in your contract.

If I need to request service during a winter event, how do I do so?

We will give you contact information of the crew leader for your site, that you can contact 24/7. We pride ourselves on our prompt attention to service needs, however should you need to request specific service, we guarantee an immediate response, and quick turn around time to ensure it’s taken care of right away. Our property doesn’t need to be cleared until later in the day, is there a cost savings for this?

Yes! Pricing is specific to your property, meaning if you are flexible on timing, we will absolutely accommodate, and that will be reflected in the price.
